Mr. Reynolds is a member of Houlihan Lokey’s Tech+IP Advisory practice and has over a decade of experience providing intellectual property advisory services with a focus on valuation, monetization, and transactions.
Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Reynolds was the head of a start-up hedge fund that focused on trading around public companies with exposure to intellectual property litigations and risks. He tracked the progress of hundreds of patent disputes within the United States and personally attended more than 30 patent litigations or proceedings. Prior to this position, Mr. Reynolds performed IP advisory services at Ocean Tomo and Charles River Associates.
Mr. Reynolds has advised clients on a variety of topics around IP, including strategic management, monetization, asset transactions, portfolio valuation, litigation valuation, enterprise valuation, economic damages in the context of IP disputes, licensing negotiation support, and technology transfer agreements.
Mr. Reynolds holds a B.A. in Finance and an MBA from Texas A&M University’s Mays Business School. He is a CFA charterholder.
